Not quite Wordless Wednesday—and a small request

Happy Wednesday, friends!

I have two things to share with you today. First, I feel lucky to have witnessed this gorgeous sky recently. Isn't it a beautiful shade of blue? I'd love to paint it. Skies like this make me happy and remind me that, in spite of all the bad, there is still a lot of good in this world.☺

The second thing I want to share is about my husband. On Monday, he got some not-so-great medical news, and we're still trying to decide on our next step. I don't want to go into too much detail right now, but I can say that I (and I'm sure my husband as well) would appreciate any good thoughts and prayers you can send his way. Thanks.

Wishing you all a peaceful and beautiful Wednesday. ☺

  17. Include me on all the above. Your second image is very close to what I imagine when I've needed to distract myself during medical tests/procedures. So beautiful.

  22. That is a beautiful sky, Dana! I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your husband's health. I'm not sure about your faith in God, but one thing that helps me when I go through crises is that this didn't catch God by surprise and he'll be walking alongside me through the whole thing and I try to trust in him. Having said that, I will keep you/hubby in my prayers that whatever it is that you both will have the wisdom what to do next, along with the doctors having wisdom, and that he will make a full recovery. ((((Dana and family)))))
