I am not picking up what you're laying down....why oops?!
The company seems to be having a little trouble with spelling in its signage. ;)
Spelling is important. Thanks for the giggle.
Glad you enjoyed it! I laughed out loud when I saw it. :)
The worst spelling/grammar mistake I've encountered? The helpful placards about toilet flushing in the bathroom stalls at my office. They all have a glaring grammatical mistake--and I work in the editorial dept. of a publishing company. Headdesk.
Yikes! I feel your pain. This kind of thing drives me insane!
i hate when people get that word wrong! and the sign maker should have caught it too!
Definitely! I can't believe someone didn't see it!
HA -- whenever I want to spell "desperate" and "separate," I have to stop and think. My trick is "sePARate" is close to "PARt." So if I'm spelling "desperate," I know it has an "e" since it doesn't relate to "part." Don't ask me why it isn't closer to the spelling of "despair."
Love this! I think we all have our own little tricks when it comes to spelling. (Well, everyone except for the person who made these signs!)
Guess both writer and proofer got "left behind"....
Seriously? They should be ashamed of themselves. LOL!
Ha-ha...yeah they did it again. What a shame. My WW is kitchen remodeling and thick snow. Happy wordless Wednesday!
It is sad. Happy Wordless Wednesday to you as well!
they must of been bad in shcool
Haha! Must have!
Seems there are more and more mistakes that even I can catch--LOL! Probably the abbreviated world of emails, texts, and twits are catching up with us. :(
I'm sure that's part of the problem. Hope you're having a nice Thursday!
I guess - I'm just as dense because it took me awhile to figure out the problem with these signs - lolThanks for stopping by my blog :)
:) Glad you stopped by!
