Six-word Saturday

Had much to do. Did nothing.

My six words make me sound lazier than I'd like them to, but it was just that kind of week—the kind where despite all my best intentions, I just couldn't get moving on either of my writing projects, even though I'm really excited about them. The desire was there but not the motivation. I'm crossing my fingers for a more productive writing weekend.

How about you? Did you accomplish the things you wanted to accomplish this week?

Wishing you a happy and productive weekend. ☺

  3. Not so much. LOL. Work and running kids around, my life story. House is in shambles but it is the last thing I want to conquer at this point. Going to gym this morning that will hopefully get me more motivated. It is so cold outside I just want to crawl back in bed and snuggle all day. Hope you get some writing done and enjoy your weekend.

    1. Thanks!

My house is a mess too, and it's the last thing I want to worry about today. Have fun at the gym. I know how hard it is to find the motivation to go out on such a cold day. :)

  13. It shouldn't be a chore, Dana. When it comes, it comes. But it can be so frustrating when you've got up a head of steam and the mundane, boring things raise their ugly heads.

  16. I didn't even come close to accomplishing what I needed/wanted to this week. If anyone is looking for a set for a disaster movie, my house is perfect for it! I'm hoping the long weekend will allow me to get a lot done. Good luck to you with your writing projects.

  17. oh I have weeks like that- seemingly a total lazybones, but then other weeks I am a hard charger. I look at those laid back times as me just recharging my batteries! Have a good weekend!

  21. Nope, I didn't accomplish too much of anything. Sometimes, you just need that break, though. You'll be up and at it in no time, I'm sure!

  23. Yes, I accomplished 2 things of my bucket list . . . passing the Pk-12 Media Specialist Exam and meeting a blogger buddy in real life:-) But I've had those lazy pj days, or weeks--we all need them from time to time!

  26. I missed reading blogs I love! My dad's been ill, so I've been out of the loop. I've missed writing too....but I did just sign up for the A-Z in April!

I signed up for the A to Z as well. I already have another writing commitment that month, so I'm hoping I can manage both. Now to think of a theme...
