Sunday inspiration

Happy Sunday, friends.

Today I'm once again finding inspiration in animated poetry, specifically this one by American poet Edward Hirsch. If you've ever fallen in love with libraries and books, I think you'll really enjoy this short poem.

(Read by Edward Hirsch. Animation by Tommy Simms.)

Wishing you all a creative and inspirational Sunday. ☺

    1. I'm finding some. That poor project has stalled somewhat, even though I work on it every day. I'm so far behind now that I think I'll set a new goal: Rather than write the 50,000, I'll just try to get as many words as I can. Who knows, though? Maybe I can still do this somehow. :)

      Good luck with your project!

  2. Birdy Boy...LOL!! Scratches and Scribbles...love that...my bag was filled with Scratches and Sketches as I flew through the Art Books. This was great inspiration...I'm feeling like scratching and sketching!

About Friday's post and 'The Envelope'...The nominations are a Boy and a Girl..."May I have the Envelope, please". And the winner is...YOU. I like surprises, especially since you have opened the envelope twice before and have one of each of those precious awards. If you didn't save their baby stuff?

    1. We did save their baby stuff. Our main issue with not opening it now would be deciding where to put the baby in our tiny house—or I should say, figuring out which of the older kids will get a new roommate. :) I'm getting more and more pressure to open it every day, both from my kids and from a few friends. I'm weakening... :

I'm so glad you found inspiration in today's video! I did too. ☺

  5. :) Wouldn't you love to go back in time to those kinds of days? I know I would. I used to love my library trips when I was a kid.
