Beautiful Shots! My kids (9, 5, 2) starting yelling at me yesterday morning as we were getting ready to head out the door. I yelled back an exasperated "WHAT!" They started jumping up and down yelling "come see!!" They had a beautiful pink and blue sunrise to show me. I was totally humbled in that moment!
I have some long icicles hanging from my roof too. Sunshine sure makes a day more tolerable during winter for sure! thanks for stopping & commenting. Next time be sure to link up to help other interested readers find YOU as well :o) Faythe @ GMT

I'm glad I took the pictures. Those icicles are gone now. :)
DeleteI'm shocked at myself at almost missing such winter scenes! We don't have those here in my part of New Zealand, but I remember them well from Chicago.
ReplyDeleteI'm from Upper Michigan, and I'm actually used to much more snow than we get here—and like you, I'm also surprised that I miss it sometimes. :)

ReplyDeleteYes, winter without sunshine would be very dreary indeed.
