Quick update

Happy Thursday!

I just wanted to give you all a quick update on my husband. The surgery went well, and thankfully, he's not having too much pain. My daughter and I will be bringing him home around noon today, and I'm hoping to learn more about his operation then. Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers.

In other news, I'm not sure yet if I'll be posting my "Friday fun" tomorrow or not. Hopefully, I'll have time to work on it, but I'm not quite sure what today will bring. We shall see... ☺

      Unfortunately, he had some complications with his leg. He's home now, although much later than we'd thought. Still, we're grateful. :)

    I was just thinking about you, so I'm glad to read this. Don't worry about Friday Fun -- you deserve a break to have your own Friday Fun with the family home together.

    Glad to know that the surgery went well. (Bear, being a bit slow, didn't even know there was surgery coming.) I hope your husband's recovery at home is medically "uneventful," and that he doesn't get under foot too much.

    good news about the lack of much pain. My mom felt so bad after waking up from her operation that she was so "mean" that we left he hospital and came back later.

      Thanks so much for those positive thoughts. My husband did end up developing some nerve problems in his leg, but he seems to feel better now. :)
