Six-word Saturday

Perfect morning: coffee, quiet, many words.

My house is quiet, my kids and husband still asleep. I've been awake for quite a while though, sipping coffee, reading, and writing. I can't think of a better way to start my weekend!

Wishing you all a peaceful and relaxing Saturday. ☺

  5. Silence is golden! Love being up when my husband and daughter are sleeping...but for me, it is late into the night instead of early morning. I'm not a morning person. :o) Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

  7. Whereas silly me was up at crack of dawn, six word Saturday-ing, then rushed off to zumba, changed beds, made lunch, ironed... tried to catch a little sun in the garden, but it was fleeting. Collapsed with the laptop for a little gentle escapism. Bliss!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend, Dana. :)

    1. Thanks. I enjoyed my lazy morning, but now it's time to make lunch and exercise and give the kids baths and make dinner and go grocery shopping... Maybe I'll try having my quiet time later in the day sometime. It would be nice not to have to "look forward" (yeah, right!) to all of these things. :)

    1. Thanks. It's gorgeous today—but a little warm for me. I think I'll be cranking the air-conditioning soon. ☺

  17. Hum...This is a refleshing post Dana. Tell me, have you heard about an old song called Dana ? Since I'm reading your blog, I have a melody in my head, a sound of fifties. Maybe I'm just a new Joan of Arc hearing voices ? Smiles !

    Happy (late) SWS
